Andrew Stott

Mr Stott has significant experience in global technology M&A for listed and unlisted companies. He is originally from the UK and worked in London and New York before moving to Singapore in 2012 to open the offices of an international tech-focussed law firm. Before establishing his own advisory firm in early 2018, Mr Stott was the Asia managing partner, and regional head of corporate, of a global law firm and has advised on in excess of US$20bn in transactions in Asia, Australia, Europe and the US. Mr Stott was, until June 2018, a Board member of the Asia Video Industry Association (AVIA), an industry lobbying association representing the video industry in Asia. AVIA's 130-member organisations include leading advertising & marketing agencies, media groups, government regulatory bodies, telecom companies, new media service providers and network enablers. Mr Stott has been working as a consultant to Adveritas since August 2018, helping implement its expansion strategy through partnerships with internationally based customers and partners.
